Fund Definitions

Principal Guarantee -  The Principal Guarantee is Coalesce Point’s most attractive feature behind the high rates of return.  What this feature does is that even though you may invest in one Fund and its Intellectual Property assets, your initial investment principal is Guaranteed by all of the Funds.  This means that if the Fund you invest in doesn’t generate a certain speed of return then surplus monthly revenues from other Funds are used to shore up the principal amounts.  Because each Investor has a debt claim in the Fund the Fund you initially invested in will continue to pay out off of the gross revenues until the debt is cleared.

Fund Jump - The Fund Jump is a market feature that allows Investors to invest in one Fund and jump to another Fund with some or all their shares and have the ability to jump back in their previous Fund at their original locked in interest rate.  The Fund Jump feature is only available for a limited time before revenues or a the beginning stages of revenue generation.  You just simply request that “X” amount of shares from one Fund be transferred to another Fund.

Fund Status
Open  When a Fund’s status is “open” then you are able to invest because Intellectual Property Protections are established.
Hold  When a Fund’s status is “hold” the Fund is open to investments but is temporarily on hold from accepting them.
Pre-Open When a Fund’s status is “pre-open” then you are able to invest but Intellectual Property Protections are in the process of being established.  With this status the Interest rate is higher and as a protection, Investors within the grace period can switch to a new Fund at its currently offered rates.
Not Open When a Fund’s status is “not open” then the Fund is not available for investment.
Closed When a Fund’s status is “closed” then the Fund has sold all the shares it will sell.  Each Fund can close at any time.
